02 Acceptance of Terms

04 Account Security

10 Intellectual Property

In all cases, 68gl's maximum aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that Player's account at the time the claim arose.

14 Termination

68gl reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 68gl reasonably determines that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The Player has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, reputational, or financial risk to 68gl;
• The Player has requested account closure.

Upon termination for cause (i.e., due to a violation of these Terms), 68gl reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and any winnings derived from Prohibited Conduct. 15 Amendments to These Terms

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 68gl, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication with 68gl customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution process or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
